Who we are

Infra Care IT operates infracareit.com and provides IT infrastructure, managed technology, support, and talent-request services. In this policy, “Infra Care IT”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of this website.

This policy covers the public website, consultation and support enquiries, employer staffing requests, career-listing administration, and related communications. Our Recruitment Privacy Notice explains the separate responsibility that applies when a candidate sends an application directly to an external employer.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Business and support enquiries: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, country or region, service of interest, preferred contact method, request type, and message.
• Employer staffing requests: company and contact details, website and industry where supplied, role title, department, headcount, engagement and workplace preferences, role location, experience level, skills, target start date, budget range, and additional requirement details.
• Recruitment received by Infra Care IT: the information in your email, CV, cover note, portfolio, and later recruitment communications. We do not receive an application that you send only through a named external employer’s application URL or email route.
• Ordinary correspondence: information you include when emailing our hello, support, or careers addresses.

Website and security information

If you allow analytics, we record a random browser identifier and session identifier in hashed form, the page visited, date, referring website domain, device category, and an approximate country code supplied by the hosting environment. We do not use this system to build advertising profiles. We also process short-lived, hashed network information to prevent automated abuse and excessive submissions. Administrators use an essential, secured session cookie to access the private administration area.

How we use information

• to review and respond to consultation, project, trial, support, and general enquiries;
• to communicate through the contact method you select;
• to assess employer staffing requirements and manage follow-up;
• to manage recruitment and expressions of interest;
• to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its forms;
• to understand aggregate page traffic when analytics is allowed;
• to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations; and
• to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where reasonably necessary.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use website submissions for unrelated advertising. If we later wish to use your information for a materially different purpose, we will provide further information and obtain consent where the law requires it.

Lawful bases

Privacy laws vary by location. Where a law requires us to identify a lawful basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the particular activity:

• Your request or a contract: taking steps you ask us to take before a service arrangement and performing an agreed service.
• Legitimate interests: responding to business communications, operating a secure B2B website, administering recruitment, preventing misuse, and keeping proportionate business records, balanced against your rights.
• Consent: first-party website analytics and any other activity for which we specifically ask permission. You can withdraw consent prospectively.
• Legal obligation: keeping or disclosing information when applicable law requires it.

Providing optional fields is voluntary. If required contact or requirement details are not provided, we may be unable to respond or assess the request.

Who receives information

Access is limited to people who reasonably need the information. We may share information with:

• authorised Infra Care IT personnel responsible for enquiries, support, recruitment, or administration;
• hosting, database, security, email, and other technology providers acting for us;
• professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or authorities where reasonably necessary and lawful;
• a successor or relevant counterparty if our business or assets are reorganised, subject to appropriate confidentiality; and
• other parties when you direct us to share it or give valid permission.

Job-applicant details received by Infra Care IT are not sent to an employer for a separate opportunity without first telling the applicant or obtaining permission where required. When a listing is labelled “External employer”, the candidate instead sends the application directly to that employer, whose privacy practices govern it.

International processing

We serve organisations in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Europe. Our personnel and service providers may therefore process information in countries other than the country in which it was collected. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we take reasonable steps to use recognised safeguards, contractual protections, and access controls appropriate to the transfer.

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, including follow-up, security, legal, accounting, and dispute requirements. Enquiry and employer staffing-request records are reviewed when the matter is closed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Short-lived submission-security records expire automatically. First-party traffic events are designed to be removed after 90 days.

Recruitment records received by Infra Care IT are subject to the periods described in our Recruitment Privacy Notice. External employers set their own periods for applications sent directly to them. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period until securely overwritten.

How we protect information

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, including restricted administration access, secured session cookies, input validation, rate limiting, encrypted website connections, and access-controlled hosting and database services. No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, national identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to be informed, request access or a copy, correct incomplete or inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions.

To make a request, email hello@infracareit.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe the information or activity concerned. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm identity and protect against unauthorised disclosure. You can also choose “Essential only” or change your analytics preference through the Cookie Notice.

Our website is intended for business users and job applicants, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these forms.

Contact and policy changes

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The current version will remain on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical.
